PPC7- A Video Code

This post is part of a continuing series focusing on the development of a new handbag pattern from its initial conception to it’s release.)

So… It’s truly amazing how much the marketing of a new pattern has changed, even in the short amount of time that I’ve been in this business. When the Apropos Pack was released in 2004, there was no such thing as smart phones or QR codes, and YouTube was in its infancy, as was FaceBook. (It really makes me wonder what changes we’ll see in the next decade.)

Now, by simply placing a funny looking symbol like this on our pattern cover or flyer, any customer with a smart phone can have immediate access to a video demonstration of our new design. This gives me “face-to-face” contact with customers no matter where in this world they are.
Isn’t that incredible?

So… if you’d like to check out our new promotional video for the Guardian, you can do so in any one of the these three ways. You can….

  • scan this QR code with the QR scanning app on your smart phone, or
  • copy and paste this URL into your browser,  https://bit.ly/13h5DZn,  OR…
  • simply scroll down and watch it on this post! (please remember that if you are receiving this post via email, you’ll need to use option 2(above)  in order to view this video)
And now… it’s YOUR turn!
Got any questions or comments for us?

 We actually LOVE comments,
so we invite you to leave yours in the space provided below

  1. I have look for this kind of bags for years. I like to make my own bags. and I have carry a concealed weapon for years. I have never had to use it and pray I never do. But as the old saying “I’d rather have it and not use it as to need it and not have it.” People get bend out of shape over guns. But if they take away guns from people like myself, then the outlaws will be the ones with them and you will be at their mercy. And they do not have mercy.
now the only problem I have is I don’t have a smart phone and can’t find the video for a little help on card holders.
also this is the first pattern I have bought from u but I will start looking for other patterns.
    Thank u, Charlotte
