June 2019 Eye Candy

So…

ALL of the bags pictured below were created using our patterns & either shared on our FaceBook Group page, or mailed to us directly! But here’s the deal… even though the bags we showed you here last month were pretty incredible, THIS month’s Eye Candy is sure to blow you away!

So let’s get started, shall we?

Here’s my favorite “Eye Candy” for the month of June 2019!

RaDonna Belk made this Sling Along for her Mom who wanted her bag to made in bright colors!

And Maureen Hawkins embroidered the pouch front of this Sling Along for her daughter who’s CRAZY about chickens & roosters!

Gail Wisun-Gooch used fake leather fabric and actually made her own vinyl iron-on design for this stunning Walkabout Wallet and LOVES how it came out! (So do I!)

And Sharon Quilts was able to create this beautiful Sling Along entirely from fabric leftovers and what a gorgeous summer bag this is!

And Diane Rhodes created this incredible Sling Along for a very dear friend! She even added a matching Card Caddy, Cash Keeper & a RolyNester keyfob!

And was I ever impressed when Diana Duggin walked into our booth at the AQS Paducah show to show me the incredible Sling Along she created totally with faux leather! She did an amazing job!

And this may be Kristy Fink‘s 1st Sling Along, but she says it won’t be her last! The owl was done by her friend Sandy Rogers and is based on the art of Geninne Zlatkis! Gorgeous!

And our hero Don Distler is back with yet another amazing Sling Along! He utilized faux leather and twill and added a digitized monogram of black metallic thread!  I love it!

And as a longtime lover of all things Laurel Burch, this Wrapsody REALLY does it for me! Barb McDole said she’s saved this fabric for quite some time, waiting for the “perfect” project and I’d say it was well worth the wait!

And finally, Gillian Turnbull says she’s on a roll now with this her 2nd Sling Along.  This bag is destined to be her daughter’s! Lucky girl!

So there you have it!

These are the bags I thought best qualified as “Eye Candy” for the month of June 2019. They are all GORGEOUS!
I just have to say, I don’t know if the Laurel Birch fabric was made for the Wrapsody, or the Wrapsody was made for the Laurel Birch fabric. But whichever way it was – it was a match made in heaven! Bravo Barb!
