Eye Candy for February 2019

So… are you ready to see some fantastical bags?

ALL of the bags pictured below were created using our patterns & either shared on our FaceBook Group page , mailed to us directly or posted on Instagram! This month’s bags are not only beautifully made but they’re also beautifully photographed too! In short, they were in fact “too fantastic not to SHARE”!
So with that said….

Here’s my favorite “Eye Candy for the month of February 2019!

Our resident sewing dude, Don Distler has expanded his repertoire to the Quattro design! He created “Rambo the Tiger” for a friend at the Animal Preservation and Education Sanctuary!

And Don didn’t stop with the Quattro you see above! He also made this Porta-Pockets Purse Insert as the perfect companion for it!

Sue Roesner said she just HAD to create a Sling Along just like our cover model and that’s just fine by us! She said she feels like she’s performing a magic trick as the various parts of this bag come together for her! GREAT job Sue!

Cheryl Suitt modified our Sling Along design a bit so that her son could use it as a carrier for his frisbee golf discs! She also added a caribiner at one of the bottom D-rings to attach a cleaning rag. What a GREAT idea!
Here’s Gayla Martell‘s latest creation and she did a fantabulous job on her Triple Play! Thanks so much for these pictures Gayla!

This is Fran Bott‘s 2nd Sling Along and I’m pretty much in love with it! Pretty impressive hardware too, don’t you think?

And this is the “purrfect” Sling Along that Sue Hobert created for her daughter-in-law’s Christmas gift! She used the newest addition to the “Cat-i-tudes” fabric collection which I LOVE!

Cheryl Suitt also used fabric from the “Cat-i-tudes” fabric collection to create these Packlets for a recent vacation. They match her luggage!

Don Distler said that this Sling Along goes to Dr Kevin Smith, an avid Harley rider and director of the Baptist State Convention of Maryland & Delaware.

And finally, here’s the Quattro that Patti Foley created using beautiful Kaffe Fassett fabrics. The exterior was actually home dec weight and Patti said it worked out fine!

So there you have it!

These are the bags I thought best qualified as “Eye Candy” for the month of February 2019 2018. I hope you enjoyed seeing them as much as I did and if you’d like to join our new FaceBook group page to see these types of posts and SO much more, just click HERE.
