Fabric
Selection
Most fabrics can be utilized for this exterior. I would avoid stiff fabrics, or fabrics high a "high pile", because this can cause the corners to become bulky and unwieldy. I would use a nice quilters cotton for the interior lining. (the jazzier, the better!)
Sewing Supplies and Notions
Fabric needs:
Exterior Fabric: 1/4 yd.
Lining: 1/4 yd.
Thermofleece: 1/4 yd.
Fusible Interfacing: an 8" X 12" piece
Notions:
2- 7" nylon zippers
1- 9" nylon zipper
12"-Double-fold Bias tape(make or buy it)
90"- single fold bias tape
7"- 3/8 wide flat elastic
Optional Interior Key Ring Supplies
6"- 1/2" wide cotton twill tape
1- 7/16"wide X 2" long metal snap hook (for keys) Optional Shoulder Strap Supplies
2- 1" wide D-rings
36"- 1" wide cotton webbing
2- 2" plastic swivel snap hooks
